Shipping Methods and Carriers
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. If you place an order after 5:00 p.m., the handling time will start from the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 p.m. will begin processing on the following Monday.
Processing Time: Once processed, the shipping carrier takes over, and the estimated processing time is 3 to 5 business days.
Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time is calculated by adding the handling time and processing time. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery.
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the respective shipping carrier’s website.
We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
We are available to assist you from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that response times may vary, but we will make every effort to address your inquiries during our active hours.
Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please contact our customer support team if you experience any delivery issues. In the event of a lost package, please notify us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter promptly.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders shipped within the United States, there are no customs duties or import fees to worry about.
